Our sleep package is designed for parents who wish to learn more about newborn sleep and perhaps start to support healthy sleep habits from the start. As it is normal, natural and needed that your newborn have night feeds, we do not support the limiting or dropping of feeds. This package takes an educational route with on demand responsiveness to newborns at the forefront of all we do. It is normal for infants and children to need support with sleep and as such we do not use any form of separation-based techniques or behavioral methods that are designed to suppress the child’s instinct to seek comfort. We place a strong emphasis on attachment, bonding, and emotional well-being and as such our approach acknowledges that while sleep can be optimized, it remains within age-appropriate development. Realistic expectations and developmental stages are always shared with parents. Custom packages can be designed to provide more personalized support.
Our postpartum nutritional support package offers the entire sleep package as well as a focus on nutritional support during the postpartum period. Nutritional support can help as the body needs adequate amounts of the correct nutrients to recover from labour. It can help with:
Energy levels,
Sleep,
Fatigue,
Brain fog,
Breastfeeding,
Preventing nutrient depletion,
Mood and emotional wellbeing,
Immune support,
Gut health
and more..
It also helps babies who have:
Food intolerances ( such as cow’s milk protein intolerance),
Reflux,
Constipation,
Eczema
and more…
The nutritional support package is for one individual. This can be used for newborn sleep and nutritional support for the newborn child or can be used for sleep support for the newborn child and nutritional support for one adult. Contact us if you would like to purchase nutritional support for a second adult.
Please note, we do use a “food first” approach. If supplements are recommended they are targeted and intended to be used short term. You can purchase supplements through us, or through another vendor who carries the recommended product.
**Some extended health plans will cover our nutrition services. Ask you insurance provider if the services of a Registered Orthomolecular Holistic Practitioner are covered.
